Living in a Pandemic with COVID-19
In the unparalleled and extraordinary public health emergency in which we found ourselves in across the world due to COVID-19, nurses stood where we always have- at the front lines. Nurses all over the world where staffing our clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare locations. Literally working until they dropped, and in some regions, they where doing so while dealing with a lack of essential items for personal protection. We seen the reports that nurses in many parts of the world were grappling with shortages of much needed supplies including personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves and gowns, yet we all actively embraced the challenges presented by COVID‐19. Some of us made it through and some of us didn't, but none of us regret the fight!
